Job management for service businesses
Run your service business from one place.
JobVault holds every job, customer, technician, and invoice in one place, under your own name and your own web address. You know who is where, what is waiting on a decision, and who still owes you.

Colour is the technician
Every tech owns a colour, on the board and on the map, so you can follow one person through the day at a glance.
The glyph is the status
On site, on hold, done, called off. Each one is a mark, never a colour, so six techs and six statuses fit on one board.
Amber means decide
One job is waiting on a part, a price, or a callback. It gets the only amber on the screen, and it keeps it until the office acts.
The calendar is not the problem.
What happens after the visit is.
A tech finishes a job on Tuesday. The invoice waits for somebody to type it up. The customer pays when they remember. The next visit is on a sticky note. Every shop has a version of this gap, and a paper calendar cannot close it, because the job is not on the calendar any more. JobVault keeps the job, the invoice, the payment, and the next visit on one record, so nothing falls off the end.
How it works
One job, start to paid.
Five states, and the ones in the middle are where jobs usually go missing.
- 01
Booked
A customer asks on your booking page, or the desk books it. Pick the tech, pick the services, and the block sizes itself to the time.
- 02
On site
The tech starts the job from their phone. It is the only thing on the board that moves.
- 03
On hold
Waiting on a part, a decision, or the customer. The job turns amber and keeps asking until somebody decides.
- 04
Completed
The tech closes it out with what was done. The invoice drafts itself from the job, line by line.
- 05
Paid
Send the invoice by email or text. The customer pays by card or bank on the link, and the money lands in your account.
What it covers
The parts of the day that fall through.
Every screen here exists because something went wrong on a real job and needed a place to live.
Dashboard
The money, and the map of it
Revenue and job counts for today through the whole year, plus a heatmap of where your work actually is. See your service area instead of guessing it.
Map
Where everyone is
Active jobs as pins, coloured by tech. One tap opens Google or Apple Maps, already pointed at the door.
Customers
Every customer you have ever served
Search by name, phone, or address. Open a profile and see every address on file, every visit, and what each one paid.
Invoices
From finished job to paid, in one line
A completed job drafts its own invoice. Send it by email or text, and the customer pays by card or bank on the link. The status updates itself.

Who logs in
Three logins, three different apps.
A tech opening the app sees their day, not your books.
Owner
Everything. The dashboard, revenue, invoices, settings, and every screen the others have.
Desk
Schedule, map, jobs, customers, and invoices. No financial dashboard, no settings.
Tech
Their day, their jobs, and the buttons that start and finish each one. Nothing else.
